Editor-in- Chief Spotlight
Julian Lutz is the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law & Public Affairs, Volume 9. During law school, Julian has worked as a Peggy Browning Fellow at the Sheet Metal Workers’ Local Union No. 19. He serves as the Research Director of the Penn Housing Rights Project, and works for Professor David Hoffman’s Philadelphia Fair Lease Project. Prior to law school, Julian worked as a paralegal at Regional Housing Legal Services, and graduated magna cum laude from Saint Joseph’s University with a BA in Political Science.
JLPA enjoyed welcoming many thoughtful speakers and participants at our 2022 symposium. After months of planning, the symposium planning team is bringing together educational and interesting conversations on gender and criminal justice. A recording of the virtual event will be available here soon. JLPA is committed to creating spaces for critical discussions on issues of policy that matter to us. Thank you to all participants!
DISCUSSIONS
The Journal frequently invites scholars, government agencies, and other political actors to discuss current issues surrounding law and public affairs. At the end of each discussion, the Journal publishes a synopsis of the discussion and welcomes response.
